Made it! Left for airport around 9:00 pm. Slept a couple hours…maybe. Arrived via taxi at hostel around 1:00 pm the next day. Immediately took a nap. I traveled 11 hours yesterday to get back to Cochin. It’s normally around 5 hours from Calicut to here. In my case, it was 7 1/2 hours. Today, I’m in Kochi, India after flying in yesterday! I’m in the older colonial part of town. Last evening, I walked to the beach for the Bob Marley concert. I asked who was playing and was told, “Bob Marley”! This morning, hearing music and drums beating on the street, I witnessed a “Bob Marley” parade.

I’m probably traveling tomorrow! Probably. It’s now after 5:00 and I’ll go check the train schedule this evening, when traffic slows down.
