I returned to Iquitos from the Amazon adventure yesterday. This is the view from my room this morning. What you don’t see is the comfort of the air condition and the hot water in the shower!
Beautiful view in the morning and yet early this morning it was already very hot outside! It’s warmer here than in the jungle with all the trees.
I am definitely not in the jungle anymore! This is my breakfast from the bistro this morning. Cappuccino, crispy, croissant, bacon, and eggs! Great reentry breakfast.
I am preparing to head down to the boat in a couple of hours, but wanted to post something before I go. The system’s been really squirreley so I’m going to abbreviate and add a couple of videos for you!
I love that you got to show the coffee growers how to use an espresso maker!
